Please note that there is no provision for any exemption from payment of registration fees.

Full registration: 400 Euro
Student (undergraduate and PhD students): 300 Euro
Accompanying person: 300 Euro

After 31^st January, 2007

Full registration: 500 Euro
Student (undergraduate and PhD students): 400 Euro
Accompanying person: 400 Euro

Registration fee does not cover the hotel cost.

The registration fee covers:

• Symposium satchel
• Final Program
• Book of Abstracts
• Welcome Reception
• Morning and Afternoon Coffees
• Working Lunches (Breakfasts are included in Hotel costs)
• Social Event and Gala Dinner
• Bus service between meeting hotel and symposium venue
• Administration costs

Accompanying person fee covers:

Form of payment:

The payment for registration fee and accommodations should be indicated on the Registration Form. Payments can be made only by bank transfer to the following account:

Acknowledgement:

On receipt of registration form and fees a confirmation letter containing all items reserved and payments made will be sent to the participants.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds:

Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to Mrs. Manuela Nogueira (e-mail: europneumo@itqb.unl.pt). Cancellation received in writing before 28^th February, 2007 will be refunded in full, less an administrative charge (100 euros). Cancellations received after that date will not be considered, except for hotel accommodation, which will be refunded less one-night charge. Only written cancellation requests will be accepted. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but the Congress Secretariat must be advised of any changes.
